Thaitober — Terms & Conditions

1. Welcome

By creating an account or using Thaitober, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If your country requires a parent or guardian's consent for someone your age to use online services, you need that permission first.

3. Your Account

• Keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information when signing up.
• One account per person. Don't impersonate anyone else.

4. Content You Submit

• Original work only. Every submission must be your own original artwork, made by you. AI-generated images are not permitted.
• You keep ownership. You retain all rights to what you post. By submitting, you grant Thaitober a non-exclusive license to host, display, and share it on the platform (feeds, galleries, profile pages) for as long as it stays posted.
• Don't post what isn't yours to post. No uploading content that infringes someone else's copyright.

5. Community Conduct

Thaitober is a place to share art and support other artists. When posting, commenting, or interacting with others:

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, bullying, or personal attacks.
• No spam, scams, or unrelated advertising.
• No sexually explicit or violent content. This is a public art community.
• Give real, constructive feedback. Don't post solely to put someone down.

6. Reporting & Enforcement

Content or behavior that violates these terms can be reported. We may remove violating content and may suspend or terminate accounts, at our discretion, with or without notice.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Thaitober after a change means you accept the update.
